Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA)

Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to nurses and other healthcare staff

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in training and education programs to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required
