About the Role:As a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide exceptional care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, vital sign tracking, and other vital tasks. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with mealtime and hydration
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
