Ping Wind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities Typical Responsibilities/Tasks- 3-5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
- Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.
- Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.

Salary Range$79k-$110k
The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
