Top Secret Responsibilities:
* Serve as T&E SME to support fielding of advanced and novel capabilities for ISR, EW, SIGINT, SOF mission planning, and F3

EAD.
* Develop and maintain Program Test Strategy, including roadmap to F&DR decision, resource-loaded test schedules, test risk registers, and readiness checklists.
* Consolidate and coordinate test plans, test procedures, and data acquisition plans for each test event.
* Participate in and support the T&E WIPT, manage requirements through registers/RCMs, and help consolidate test data and reports.
* Assist in drafting F&DR packages to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 15+ years conducting or leading T&E for complex C4

ISR/EW/SIGINT or mission-planning systems, including 5+ years in senior or lead T&E roles.
* Demonstrated experience developing integrated test strategies and schedules for multi-stakeholder DoD programs.
* Strong understanding of operational, developmental, and integrated test processes.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Test & Evaluation, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SOF systems or intelligence community T&E programs.
* Familiarity with F3

EAD-aligned capabilities and operational mission profiles.
