The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Senior SME Electronic Warfare (EW)/Countering Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) to provide research support administration services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Provides subject matter expertise in Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3
EAD) cycle - Assists in aggregation, allocation, decomposition, and tracking of requirements in a Requirements Register and/or Requirements Correlation Matrix (RCM), generating and/or reviewing Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS), and evaluating proposals for compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) and programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk
- Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications and associated documentation and problem resolution for problem reports
- Must have a Bachelors degree
- Masters degree preferred
