Finance Manager, Payments, Amazon Payments Finance Essential Job Functions

• Maintain basic financial records and files.
• Prepare simple financial reports and routine presentations.
• Support the Finance and Accounting Division in maintaining accounting records and account balances in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform reconciliations of budgetary and proprietary accounts, general ledgers, and subsidiary ledger accounts.
• Provide routine maintenance and Help Desk support as required for financial systems.
• Provide support to the Finance and Accounting Division in preparing Agency financial statements, footnotes, and supporting documentation.

• Ability to understand general business operations and follow financial guidelines and accounting rules.
• Able to assess products and procedures for compliance with Government standards and sound financial management principles.
• Ability to differentiate and work with various appropriations.
• Understanding and compliance with Government standards, accounting principles, and system application standards.

• Associate Degree or 2 years of experience may be substituted for an Associate degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performing business and/or financial management tasks.
• Qualify for a Secret security clearance or higher.
