Top Secret Responsibilities:
* Provide legal and acquisition review support to Natick Contracting in support of the APM for Next Generation Information & Awareness.
* Review, assess, and advise on Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) and related acquisition instruments.
* Support development and refinement of acquisition strategies and documentation for complex S&T and capability development efforts.
* Coordinate with program and contracting offices to ensure contract actions are compliant, timely, and aligned with program objectives. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 15+ years of federal acquisition and/or contracting experience, including at least 5 years directly supporting complex DoD programs.
* Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of OTAs and their legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks.
* Strong understanding of the DoD 5000-series and related acquisition processes.
* Ability to interpret and apply statute, regulation, policy, and guidance to unique acquisition problems.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* JD or advanced degree in acquisition or contracting.
* Experience supporting SOF, S&T, or rapid acquisition organizations.
