Job Overview
Apogee Solutions, a Woman‑Owned Small Business, is seeking an Installation Status Report (ISR) Program Infrastructure Analyst to support the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR) and the Army Reserve Installation Management Directorate (ARIMD) at Fort Belvoir, VA. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active DOD SECRET clearance. The ISR Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the Infrastructure Component of the ISR, which supports the acquisition, construction, sustainment, enhancement, and disposal of all Army Reserve real property through planning, oversight, and execution of Army programs.
ARIMD manages roughly 1,250 facilities and installations throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico.
- Process ISR change management requests, assist reporting organizations with any ISR‑related issues, collaborate with the Department of the Army G9 ISR Team in ISR‑Infrastructure areas, and analyze reporting data.
- Provide ISR training at the request of senior leadership, higher headquarters, or reporting organizations.
- Roll‑up and enable certification of ISR Infrastructure from reporting organizations.
- Apply data analytic methods and techniques to interpret data and extract insights that help program leads and OCAR ARIMD leadership make informed decisions.
- Develop semantic models, dashboards, statistical analysis, machine learning/AI, data mining, or predictive modeling as appropriate.
- Lead content updates to the Data Analysis page on ARIM‑E, incorporating Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms) products that provide dashboards and program metrics to aid OCAR ARIMD in managing U.S. Army Reserve infrastructure.
- Active DOD SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years working with HQDA data systems, including ISR, HQIIS, and Real Property Reporting systems.
- Knowledge of the Facility Sustainment Model, PPBE process, and Standard Service Costing (SSC) Model.
- Experience with infrastructure analysis and Army Installation processes.
- Understanding of Army organizations, command structure, and chain of command.
- Proficiency with systems such as DAIS, FSM, HQIIS, GFEBS, REMIS, RFMIS, ASIP, AIA, E‑PRISMS, ISR‑I, Services ISR‑S & Mission Capacity (MC), RPLANS, AEWRS, RPAD, and related systems.
- Experience with Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
