SMS Analyst
Apogee Solutions, a Woman‑Owned Small Business, is seeking a Sustainment Management System (SMS) Analyst to support the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR) and Army Reserve Installation Management Directorate (ARIMD) at Fort Belvoir, VA. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOD SECRET clearance.
Responsibilities- Provide helpdesk support, training, analysis, and technical expertise in the BUILDER and all SMS modules.
- Ensure engagement on a wide breadth of projects and strategies and alignment with the Secretary of the Army’s policies and regulations.
- Maintain access and administer access to the OCAR‑ARIMD Power BI Premium workspace.
- Active DOD SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with HQDA data systems, including ISR, HQIIS, and Real Property Reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of the Facility Sustainment Model, PPBE process, and Standard Service Costing (SSC) model.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure analysis and Army Installation processes.
- Understanding of Army organizations, command structure, and chain of command.
- Proficient with systems such as Distributed Analytics and Integration Support Platform (DAIS), Facility Sustainment Model (FSM), Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), General Financial Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), Rental Facilities Management Information System (RFMIS), Army Stationing and Installation Planning (ASIP), Army Installation Atlas (AIA), Enterprise Proactive Real Property Information Management System (E‑PRISMS), and related systems that contribute to programming or budget calculations.
- Experience in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
