We are always looking to connect with Technical Program Analyst who are passionate about supporting national security missions, particularly in science and technology programs related to chemical and biological defense, data fusion, and advanced analytics.

If you're an experienced project manager with a background in software development or research and development (R&D) acquisition, we want to hear from you.

What You Might Do:
  • Provide project management and advisory support for Department of Defense (DoD) R&D initiatives.
  • Translate complex scientific efforts into programmatic and budgetary planning documents.
  • Support the full lifecycle of acquisition planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE).
  • Participate in technical reviews, interagency meetings, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Track cost, schedule, and performance metrics across technical portfolios.
  • Prepare briefings and products for senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the DoD and related agencies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in project management for software development or science and technology initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
  • DAWIA Level II certification or equivalent.
  • PMP or Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies and Agile methodologies.
