Mid Collection Manager; HUMINT Collection Manager Security Clearance

Position: Mid Collection Manager (HUMINT Collection Manager) with Security Clearance

Job Requirements Desired experiences :
* 8 Full time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
* 3 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
* 5 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
* Knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
* Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
* Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
* Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed.
* Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. Desired education:
* Master's Degree
* DoD or IC Collection Management Certification.
* US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program. HT-JCOEIA Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent. Security Clearance:
* Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
