Engineering Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a skilled Senior Electronics Technician to supporta federal program specializing in the integration of advanced electronic security technologies out of Fort Belvoir, VA. Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance

• Perform field installations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting of electronic security and IT systems
• Conduct site assessments and assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure deployments
• Configure and test hardware/software components to ensure optimal system performance
• Lead or support commissioning activities, manage network configurations, including switches, servers, and programmable devices

• 3+ years of experience in electronic systems installation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of security technologies including video surveillance, access control, and IDS
• Background supporting federal programs
• Familiarity with IT networking, cable management, and system integration
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Industry certifications or technical training in electronics or related fields preferred
• Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance

• Salary:
  Up to $120,000 annually
  * commensurate of experience*
