Deputy Program Manager

• Lead a team in preparation, execution, and management of the DTRA resource portfolio.
• Provide oversight of a team supporting agency program and budget development, formulation, execution, and manpower resource requirements.
• Incorporate best practices into the management and controls structure of Financial Management for Program and Budget Support, Financial Operations, Finance and Accounting, Cross‑cutting Comptroller Support, Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) support, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Financial Systems Sustainment Support.

• Team Leadership in a Comptroller (Financial/Budget) environment.
• Project Management experience including financial tracking, quality control of deliverables and project staffing.
• Strong federal audit/internal controls experience.
• Proficiency in understanding Federal, DoD, FAR, and DFAR regulations, guidelines, standards, concepts and relevant industry policies.
• Strong communications skills.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting large program/projects.

• 8+ years in Program Management with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities.
• Experience working in a program office for systems development and acquisition or similar organization.
• CDFM/CGFM, FM or PMP preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Qualified for Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
