Sunday–Tuesday, 8:00 pm–8:00 am (overnight)

Provide skilled nursing care to a toddler requiring a feeding tube, ensuring high‑quality care and comfort during overnight shifts.

• Administer and monitor feeding tube nutrition and hydration
• Assess and document patient condition, vital signs, and response to therapy
• Implement care plans and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family for care coordination
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation in the company tablet system

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); will be provided after hire if needed
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
