Defense and Government Travel Consultant I (Entry Level)

Location:

Fort Bragg, NC (2400005S) – On Site

You will serve as a travel consultant for U.S. military and federal government clients, providing outstanding customer service and travel arrangements across all channels.

• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail).
• Ensure reservations adhere to client standards and preferences.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations that enhance the traveler experience.
• Handle basic to moderately complex bookings, including non‑standard itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares.
• Escalate complex bookings to experienced staff.
• Perform both routine and non‑routine work.

• Languages:
  
  Fluent English (written & spoken), second language a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, strong verbal & written communication.
• Basic MS Office proficiency.

• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Optional:
  Any travel industry or customer service experience.
