As a Team Leader, you will provide outstanding leadership and coaching to travel professionals who are dedicated to excellent customer service to defense & government travelers before, during and after their official travels. And as part of the Traveler Experience Defense & Government organization, you’ll be at the forefront of providing that exceptional experience.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Drive change and employee engagement through effective communications
  • Use data to monitor counselors’ activity and trends to provide ongoing performance feedback for delivery of excellent customer experience
  • Demonstrate your business acumen and leadership
  • Coordinate and facilitate basic management approaches for work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution for day-to-day work
