Mendocino‑Lake Community College District is accepting applications for an Embedded Tutor to support staff and students in an ADJ‑200 course in Spring 2026. The course will be zoomed from the main campus in Ukiah to center locations and is scheduled for Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. This is a temporary, non‑continuing position and will remain open until filled.

This is a Professional Expert, temporary, hourly position, 3 hours per week, $21.00 per hour, Ed Code 88003 authorizes a governing board to hire STNC employees for less than 75% of a school year, up to 180 days.
Representative Duties- Provides on‑ground support for ADJ‑200 course Zoomed to the coast center
- Provides support connecting to Zoom
- Supports the ADJ‑200 instructor and students as needed
- Attends the ADJ‑200 course on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:20 p.m.
Must meet Human Resources guidelines for qualified hiring, including a Live Scan background check and completion of TB test.
Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required, AA preferred.

Conditions of Employment- In accordance with Federal Law all employees must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be fingerprinted through DOJ and FBI and have background clearance; and Must take a TB test (once hired and every four years thereafter)
- Within 6 months of employment, must complete required District trainings such as Sexual Harassment Prevention
