Registered Nurse, Med Surg — Fort Bragg, California. Travel - temporary assignment starting 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks in a 36-hour-per-week schedule on nights. • Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients in Med Surg per established standards and the nursing process
• Assess data, analyze findings, and develop a plan to address care issues; implement care and evaluate progress
• Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor for adverse reactions and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to coordinate care and discharge planning
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately
• Document care in the electronic health record (EPIC) and provide patient education to support outcomes

• Licenses:
  Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California) – Required
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS – Required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg or acute care experience – Required
• Education:
  
  BSN preferred; active RN licensure in the state of assignment
• Other:
  Must have EPIC experience; ability to work in a hospital-based Med Surg setting, including night shifts
