Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets & capabilities (All‑Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) to introduce custom‑built analytical tools and their application within targeting and analytic methodologies including, but not limited to, F3

EAD. Develop, evolve, and maintain internal and external programs of instruction; coordinate and comply with annual community training requirements; collaborate in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel.

• Proficiency using analytic systems, current tools, and databases.
• Experience conducting training for individuals & small groups across diverse intelligence backgrounds (All‑Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, OSINT, etc.) introducing custom‑built analytical tools and F3
  
  EAD targeting methodology.
• High proficiency in utilizing intelligence automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Advanced knowledge of HVI/Network Targeting methodology, nodal analysis, and full use of the F3
  
  EAD targeting process.
• Strong briefing skills.
• First‑hand experience in Regional Analysis, Geo‑Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.
• Proficiency and experience with current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.
• Expertise preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5)/GS‑14 level or higher.
• Minimum of six (6) years intelligence/intelligence‑operations experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Active Security Clearance required.
