This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

- Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi‑intelligence assessments
- Required Clearance: TS/SCI
- Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non‑kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
- Demonstrated experience using all‑source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
- Expert proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
- Strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
- Firm understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Strong briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing senior level stakeholders
- Must be willing to deploy as needed
The proposed salary for this position is: $78,100 USD - $254,500 USD.
