We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide communications support services for the U.S. Army Reserve, Office of the Chief Army Reserve, and the U.S. Army Reserve Command. The role is based in Fort Liberty, North Carolina, with travel across the southeastern United States as needed.

The Program Manager will lead secure mission communications and program delivery, ensuring that integrated professional services plan, develop, manage, and execute information, messaging, and engagement activities to support mission, operational, and strategic objectives.

• Oversee full contract performance; manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the KO/COR.
• Supervise the engagement team and ensure compliance with PWS, QASP, FAR, and Army policies.
• Manage stakeholder coordination, reporting, and communication.

• 10+ years of public affairs, strategic communications, or management consulting experience supporting DoD or USAR-equivalent organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, HR, Psychology, Business Management, or Business Administration; or ten years of equivalent experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of the aerospace and defense sector is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, accountability, decision‑making, compliance management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Must be a United States Citizen. No visa sponsorship will be provided.
