ISSJ Expert-Level Intelligence Trainer – Quick Services LLC (QSL)

Location:

Ft. Bragg, NC

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI

Responsibilities
  • Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds (All source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, PAI, etc.) to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3

    EAD Targeting Methodology.
  • Utilize current intelligence‑related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Apply advanced HVI/Network Targeting methodology, nodal analysis, and fully utilize the F3

    EAD targeting process.
  • Deliver strong briefing skills, communicating complex analyses to various audiences.
  • Provide expertise in Regional Analysis, Geo‑Political Analysis, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.
  • Leverage acute knowledge of SOF and/or CT/counter proliferation intelligence where available.
Qualifications
  • All qualifications of an Expert-Level Intelligence Analyst/Military Specialist.
  • Senior‑level experience in training and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in intelligence automation and tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVI/Network Targeting methodology and F3

    EAD process.
  • Exceptional briefing and communication skills.
  • Strong background in Regional, Geo‑Political, GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and Collection Management.
  • Knowledge of SOF and/or CT/counter proliferation intelligence is highly desirable.
Required Education & Experience

Minimum of ten (10) years intelligence/intelligence operations experience within DoD or equivalent government agencies, with five (5) years at the operational level.
