Senior FMV/Imagery Analyst (TS/SCI required) with Security Clearance

Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior FMV/Imagery Analyst with active TS/SCI clearance to join our Geospatial Intelligence team. The role requires hands‑on FMV and imagery analysis experience along with operational and tactical level intelligence experience in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• Perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, and intelligence systems architecture and evaluation.
• Use operational and tactical intelligence experience in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems to develop complex analytical solutions.
• Brief subordinate analysts and effectively direct them in the production of intelligence products and assessments.
• Utilize computer applications and automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Conduct FMV/Imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions, providing detailed analysis products for targeting methodology.
• Attend government‑provided training and serve as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).

• Must have recent and hands‑on FMV experience.
• MUST perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and associated disciplines (All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators).
• MUST possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work individually or as a team member and take the lead on select tasks as required.
• MUST type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 year of hands‑on FMV analysis experience within JSOC.
  • 2+ years of FMV analysis and production experience within the last 5‑6 years.
  • 5‑6 years of overall intelligence experience in any of the following: IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators, or related Intelligence roles.

• Full‑time, W‑2 employee:
  Salary range $80,000 – $100,000 based on experience.
• Full‑time, 1099 contractor:
  Compensation range $115,000 – $130,000 based on experience.
