Job Overview
On‑Site at Fort Liberty with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1+ hours) in case of Command Directives.
Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.
Essential Functions- Provide intelligence analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
- Perform all‑source intelligence analysis and production, interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish SOF unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
- Work independently with no required oversight.
- Provide advice to leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interest.
- Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3
EAD targeting cycle. - Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, and prepare post‑screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all‑source intelligence analytic support to Counter terrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
- Demonstrated level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high‑quality comprehensive technical/non‑technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations).
- Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.
- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O‑6) / GS‑15 level or higher.
- High School Diploma required.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all‑source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., whitepapers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
- In‑depth knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
Frequently required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment.
- Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases. Able to wear body armor, helmet and other PPE when required. Able to run, walk, crawl moderate distances.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
