This position is located at Iron Mike Conference Center, Fort Bragg, NC.

• Incentives will not be paid.

• Receives stock; checks for over, short or damaged shipments; completes receiving documents; and moves to storage areas.
• Identifies and rotates stock including hazardous materials, ensuring special storage requirements have been met.
• May operate a forklift in storing and rotating stock. Issue materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Verifies inventory and shipping documents; independently prepare shipping documents and related reports. Inventories assigned areas/materials as directed.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.

• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• Performs work on hard surfaces and in work areas that require standing, stooping, bending. May be required to work at rapid pace for long periods of time.
• Frequently lifts and carries supplies and equipment that weighs up to 40 pounds. Assistance is available from other workers and equipment for moving items over 40 pounds.
• Work is performed inside warehouse in bin rooms, open storage areas and on receiving or shipping docks. Areas may be cold, drafty, damp or hot.
• Ability to work an irregular schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
