Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fort Campbell Schools – Fort Campbell, KY
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (7-hour school days)
Term: Aligned with the 2025–2026 school calendar (no holidays, weekends, or school breaks)

Support approximately 101 students across Fort Campbell’s 6 schools (4 elementary, 1 middle, 1 high). Provide school-wide behavior consultation and environmental planning. Develop behavior treatment plans based on student IEPs. Train and coach teachers and para educators on behavior strategies. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Design and implement behavioral therapeutic programs focusing on:
- Reducing aggression, avoidance, and disruptive behaviors
- Building daily life skills and classroom readiness
Submit digital quarterly reports on student behavioral progress.
What We’re Looking For- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with licensure if required by the state
- Experience: 3+ years working with children (preschool–high school); school setting experience preferred
- Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving; ability to work independently and support school teams
- Environment: This is an in-school role, not community-based or clinical; no direct services provided to students or families
