I and C Engineer - Entry Level (Data Centers)

Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Develop and optimize control systems for processes, including P&IDs, valve sizing, instrumentation specification, and design documentation.
• Coordinate on‑site assistance during startup, schedule and ensure technical quality of engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete control‑system solutions.

• Associate’s or Engineering Tech degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revit software preferred.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) encouraged.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for buildings and construction, experience with DDC and PLC control systems.
• Experience with Data Center design or operations.
