This role will provide amazing guest service while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building. You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Join our Sales TEAM and be a driving force in delivering exceptional Guest Services! As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's sales function. Your primary responsibility is to assist Sales and Catering Managers in every aspect of the sales and service processes, striving to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
• Manage and prepare proposals and contracts, ensuring accurate processing and distribution to relevant departments
• Maintain organized filing systems, log account information, and handle correspondence efficiently to support seamless hotel operation
• Resolve issues related to pricing, menu descriptions, banquet facilities, guarantees, and seating chart
• Monitor and order necessary office supplies
• Conduct site inspections with potential and existing clients, showcasing our exceptional offering

• $500 sign on bonus if candidate has experience using Delphi and RNI.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Stand and walk frequently throughout the hotel during the shift
• Exercise judgement in evaluating situations and making sound decisions

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Previous administrative assistance experience in hotels or other offices preferred
• Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ
