Job SummaryESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., seeks a part‑time Base Manager for the Ft. Campbell, Kentucky commissary. This role is ideal for a spouse, student, or retiree looking to make an impact in the military resale channel.
- Maintain current product distribution and expand distribution of new items using tools and guidance from the Area Manager.
- Manage shelf maximums, proactively restock shelves, and build displays as needed.
- Coordinate with the Computer Assisted Ordering Associate for shelf max and with vendors for VCMs and VPRAs.
- Conduct regular product rotation, code‑date checks, and balanced weekly orders for DSD/DSDS accounts.
- Report in‑store conditions through company technology, including not‑in‑stock scans and display performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and company management.
- Execute additional assignments or special projects as directed by the Area Manager.
- Focused, organized, self‑motivated, effective communicator, flexible, professional appearance.
- Integrity, dependable, time management, plan‑monitor‑review skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical stamina to assemble, install, and relocate racks up to 100 lbs and build displays up to 40 lb case weight.
- Ability to work in freezer conditions (0 °F) and travel for store resets (1‑5 days, including overnight stays).
- Military base access required; background check is mandatory.
- Must have access to a computer, printer, and smartphone.
Pay rate is $18 per hour and 18 hours per week.
