Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking an Electrician to perform qualified electrical troubleshooting and repair in barracks and housing facilities on the installation. Licensed electricians handle all electrical work beyond the scope authorized for multi-craft technicians. This is an immediate opening.
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot and repair receptacles, lighting, breakers, panels, motors and controls in accordance with the NEC.
- Follow electrical safety practices (lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E) and mentor Zone Technicians on their authorization limits.
- Support electrical preventive maintenance and follow-up on condition-monitoring alerts.
- Document work and materials on the mobile app.
- Apply NFPA 70E arc-flash practices, including hazard assessment, approach boundaries and arc-rated PPE.
- Verify the absence of voltage (test before touch) with properly rated meters before working on any circuit or equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line drawings and wiring diagrams.

Work Environment
Field-based work in barracks and housing facilities, including roofs, attics, mechanical rooms and occupied residential rooms.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Lifting up to 50 lb.
- Climbing ladders and working on roofs, in attics and in mechanical rooms.
- Exposure to heat, cold and outdoor weather.
- Driving a service vehicle between buildings.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.
Travel
Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.
Experience
- 5+ years of commercial or multifamily electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Preferred:
- Panel and branch-circuit repair, GFCI/AFCI, lighting and motor controls.
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems.
- Experience with arc-flash hazard assessments and equipment labeling.
- Experience with electrical test equipment (multimeters, insulation testers and thermal imaging).
- Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or GED plus completion of an apprenticeship or trade program.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Journeyman electrician license (Kentucky or Tennessee) in good standing required; master license preferred.
- NFPA 70E training required.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
