Sunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening:

We are looking for a Business Support & Data Specialist to assist with utility data, spreadsheets, customer information, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large Excel spreadsheets, data entry, calculations, and utility-related information.

• Perform data entry and maintain large spreadsheets.
• Work with utility consumption and billing data.
• Review data for accuracy and perform quality checks.
• Calculate and analyze utility usage information.
• Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Assist with utility-related records and documentation.
• Perform on-site meter reading as needed.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to understand and work with utility data.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with utility billing processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, water, or gas metering is a plus.
