About the Role
Join H&R Block as a seasonal Receptionist (Client Service Professional). You will focus on creating a welcoming experience for clients and ensuring their needs are met during person‑to‑person, phone, or virtual interactions.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Experience in sales/marketing (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
