Commercial Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress
• Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality
• Conduct regular safety meetings
• Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on‑site
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for clients and inspectors

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built‑up, Metal)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to climb ladder safely to access roof work needs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.

• Compensation range $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary potential (base pay + incentives)
