We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled dentist with a valid, in-good-standing dental license in the state of practice (DDS or DMD), who is eager to lead a team through clinical excellence, patient care, and effective business management.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.
- Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient practice environment.
- Develop treatment plans and guide patients to help them achieve optimal oral health.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols.
- Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest dental technologies and treatment techniques.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and goals to promote practice growth and profitability.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment for all team members.
- Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
- Active DEA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
- Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
- Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
- Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.
