Before and After School Care Site Director II
Alpha
BEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Site Director to lead our Before & After School Program at Axis Academy, 2700 S Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends. Site Director is expected to report at the site from 6:15 am until school begins, and from 15 minutes before school release until 6:15 pm, with possible additional time between sessions for extra work.
Qualifications- Must meet one of the following qualifications per CO licensing regulations:
- Completed a bachelor's degree in a related field (recreation, outdoor education, elementary or early childhood education, or a human service field)
- 2 years of college education and 6 months (910 hours) of satisfactory and verifiable experience
- 3 years of satisfactory and verifiable experience and at least 6 semester hours or 40 clock hours in training for school‑age children; experience must be after age 18 and involve care/supervision of children 4 years or older
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
