We are seeking a creative and passionate Mechanical Designer II. You will create new and effective design solutions that improve our users'/clients' lives as a designer. You’ll collaborate with the project engineer and others to create appealing and user‑friendly designs.

• Skilled in planning and sketching mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas.
• Plumbing, ductwork, sanitary, medical, compressed air, natural gas, and water heating systems.
• Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers.
• Determine design feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability.
• Use Revit software to create comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches.
• Create construction documentation and manage sporadic submissions.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to achieve design integration.
• Visit sites and conduct field research.
• Optimize routing and system size.
• Possess expertise in CAD software.

• Health care experience is essential.
• ABET‑accredited engineering bachelor's degree (required).
• Working toward professional license (PE) after passing Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE).
• Over 4 years as a mechanical designer.
• Computer skills:
  Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $95,000
