Clearly Acquired, an AI‑driven Business Brokerage & Debt Financing Marketplace, is hiring a W‑2 Debt Broker / Financing Advisor to serve the Main Street to Lower‑Middle‑Market economy. The role is fully remote (U.S. only) and full‑time.

We support the entire transaction lifecycle—from sourcing and underwriting to financing, valuations, closing, and post‑acquisition growth. Beyond brokerage and lending, we deploy equity into businesses and operators to professionalize operations and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

As a W‑2 Debt Broker you will:

  • Advise and structure capital for clients seeking financing for business acquisitions (SBA 7(a), conventional, non‑bank), recapitalizations, refinances, partner and shareholder buyouts, lines of credit, working capital, and owner‑occupied business real estate.
  • Leverage an existing pipeline of 30+ high‑quality inbound leads per week and extensive outbound opportunities.
  • Use proprietary technology and a collaborative team to execute deals end‑to‑end.
  • Operate within a performance‑driven W‑2 environment that rewards execution, not tenure.
Compensation & Economics (W‑2)

Base Salary: $40,000
Top‑End Earning Potential: $400,000+ annually

  • Ability to guide entrepreneurs through high‑stakes financial decisions.
  • Comfortable in a remote, performance‑driven W‑2 environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, and modern deal workflows.
  • Experience with brokerage, private credit, or M&A is a plus.
