Overview
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for our Fort Collins, CO location. Our outpatient orthopedic center provides preventative and rehabilitative services to improve quality of life and is ideal for a physical therapist with previous outpatient ortho experience; new graduates are welcome to apply. The team is highly trained and respected within the community.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care experiences in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans to achieve patient-specific goals in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Contribute to preventative and rehabilitative services that improve function and quality of life for the community.
Fort Collins, CO — Full Time
Compensation & Benefits- Starting at $80,000 per year (based on experience)

- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start
- Ability to work 32+ hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
- Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly
- Visual acuity to evaluate, diagnose and monitor patient needs and maintain records
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate directions
- Ability to push wheeled equipment
- Fine motor skills for reporting, charting, scheduling, and use of equipment
