Position: Physical Therapist $10,000 Bonus

Overview

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for our Fort Collins, CO location. Our outpatient orthopedic center provides preventative and rehabilitative services to improve quality of life and is ideal for a physical therapist with previous outpatient ortho experience; new graduates are welcome to apply. The team is highly trained and respected within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care experiences in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans to achieve patient-specific goals in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Contribute to preventative and rehabilitative services that improve function and quality of life for the community.
Location & Schedule

Fort Collins, CO — Full Time

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start
  • Ability to work 32+ hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly
  • Visual acuity to evaluate, diagnose and monitor patient needs and maintain records
  • Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate directions
  • Ability to push wheeled equipment
  • Fine motor skills for reporting, charting, scheduling, and use of equipment
