We are currently looking for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist at our Central Fort Collins clinic

Sign on/Relocation Bonus up to $20,000.00

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
• Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities
• Create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing
• Maintain and adhere to all local and federal compliance requirements
• Provide direct supervision and communication with physical therapy assistants and Clinical Directors

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented
• Demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical and/or written, post-training competency test) to perform required duties
• Able to meet the physical demand level of the position
