Story brook Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at a midsize facility in Northern Colorado. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time or PRN options and pays $40-60 per hour plus a sign-on bonus.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise assistants, coordinate with the rehabilitation team, and provide discharge summaries and family counseling as part of a patient-centered geriatric program.
