SAP Functional Solution Architect – Order to Cash; SD​/GTS

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Solution Architect to lead solution design and implementation in the Order to Cash (O2C) domain. This role is responsible for architecting and delivering SAP solutions that align with business requirements, ensure strong integration across systems, and follow SAP best practices while improving the overall user experience.

• Lead ERP functional solution design within the Order to Cash process area.
• Collaborate with system integrators and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, follow best practices, and deliver value.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and document functional specifications. Validate development estimates.
• Own solution design from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with financial, technical, and operational perspectives.
• Define and execute test plans, review outcomes, and confirm solutions meet intended objectives.
• Provide guidance to managed service teams when escalations occur, recommending or confirming appropriate resolution actions.

• 8+ years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD; GTS experience is a strong asset but not mandatory.
• Track record of designing complex SAP solutions (including custom builds) to enable unique business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and creative solutioning skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Knowledge of SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support team members.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives at the same time.
