Overview
Our customer is seeking a IT Service Desk Specialist to join their team while an employee is on temporary leave for 3+ months starting beginning of 2026. Would be onsite in the Fort Collins area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal users, including execs
- Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets and printer problems.
- Manage and resolve tickets using Fresh Service and Fresh Desk.
- Familiarity with End Point Central, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Outlook – be able to provide troubleshooting support for end users.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Participate in periodic on‑call rotations for after‑hours support
- Experience:
2-5 years in a help desk or technical support role. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve common IT issues quickly.
- Proven customer support experience with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- O365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Email support, MS Office
- Mobile support, video conferencing support
This is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
