$170K–$195K base + annual bonus + equity
We're seeking a hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale a modern, AI-forward infrastructure platform.
You’ll build the self-service capabilities, automation and guardrails that enable autonomous engineering teams to build, deploy and own their applications without Platform becoming a bottleneck.
What You’ll Do:
- Build self-service infrastructure, golden paths and reusable Platform capabilities
- Enable autonomous application teams through automation and built-in guardrails
- Design and operate scalable AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC environments
- Own problems across cloud, networking, security/IAM, databases and reliability
- Apply AI/agentic automation to infrastructure, troubleshooting and operations
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE or Dev Ops engineering
- Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC experience
- Technical depth across 2+ infrastructure areas such as networking, security/IAM or databases
- Experience building self-service developer infrastructure or reusable Platform tooling
- Strong production engineering, troubleshooting and end-to-end ownership
