This is a sales position that includes a $45K salary, PLUS commission. The more you sell, the more you earn! We’re seeking a strong communicator with a positive attitude, solid listening skills, and the ability to guide people through important financialтар decisions. This is an onsite role in Fort Collins, CO, and requires living within a commutable distance.

You’ll help match clients with the right insurance solutions while working with a supportive team, receiving paid training, and benefiting from warm leads. • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working out our existing leads while leveraging existing relationships
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as their go‑to insurance advisor
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information
• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long‑term clients
• Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction
• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
• Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
• Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders

• Must currently hold an active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license
• High school diploma
• Must be 18 years of age
• olability to use Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
• Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations
• Guaranteed Base $45K annually, PLUS commission.
• Average 1st year total earnings range from $50-65K through a combination of base pay and commission.
• Top  Agents in their second year and onward, can earn $75k+
