Location:
Madison, WI – relocation to this area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry.
Responsibilities- Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
- Counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape.
- Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Provide legal guidance on new product and service expansions.
- 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
