Reconstruction Project Manager Fort Collins
Responsibilities- Meet operational objectives of sales, gross margin, and brand experience.
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople.
- Manage the renovation, including controlling and communicating the project budget; spend a significant amount of time in the field to ensure proper completion of projects.
- Celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople and homeowners.

- Base salary plus commission on projects completed. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.

Working conditions and physical requirements:
The physical environment may involve indoor and outdoor work. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, to stand or walk, and to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
