Stone Countertop Fabrication Team Member

This role involves polishing, fabrication, or a combination of both
, depending on experience and skill set. You’ll work with high-quality stone materials and be an important part of a team committed to excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Perform stone counter top fabrication and/or polishing with attention to detail and quality
• Safely operate fabrication and polishing equipment
• Read and follow fabrication drawings and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Contribute positively to a fast-paced, growing operation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the stone counter top fabrication industry
• Experience in polishing, fabrication, or both
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Good attitude with a “Can-Do” mindset
• Self-starter / self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and grow within the company
• Team player who communicates well and supports coworkers
• Hardworking, committed, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship

• Competitive hourly wage: $20–$30/hr
