Manpower is currently seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and has experience working with both electrical and mechanical components. You'll play an important role in building quality products while expanding your technical skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

- Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks
- Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Identify and communicate quality or process concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical certification or vocational training
- Electronics, mechatronics, or related technical background
- Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment
- IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and tools throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
- Strong visual attention to detail for assembly and inspection work
