Private Duty Nurse

PASCO is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support a 21-year-old female client in Fort Collins living with a metabolic disorder. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide 1:1 care in a private duty nursing setting with an established care team.

• Up to 140 hours per week approved

• Flexible scheduling options to fit your availability

• Age: 21-year-old female

• Primary Diagnosis: Metabolic disorder

• Requires maximum support with all ADLs

• Utilizes non-invasive ventilator, oxygen, and G/J tube for nutrition and medication

You will join an existing care team alongside dedicated nurses Denise Gross and Ian Haines.

• Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in the client’s home

• Monitor respiratory and nutritional needs (non-invasive vent, oxygen, G/J tube)

• Provide compassionate support with all ADLs

• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure consistent and safe care

• Document care accurately in accordance with PASCO protocols and regulatory standards

• Current Colorado RN or LPN license (required)

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Experience with complex care, trach/vent, or enteral feeding (preferred but not required)
