As a Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to join our team and lead our nursing department in providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote high-quality patient care and improve outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and provide feedback to staff

• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth

• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources

• Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure a high-performing team
